Business center. Wifi and breakfast. The smell of the room is a hint of dust, you can get it out by using the Ac unit. However, the smell in the air outside the hotel is ripe. It is strong. It must be farms of some sort around. The service is great though. Great staff.
Perfect score for what you're expecting. This is an extremely affordable place and I was even able to add two more days on to my stay without issue. There is even breakfast, which I didnt expect at this price. The breakfast seating is limited, so we took it to our room which had a table anyways so that was no issue at all. Very comfortable stay and close to downtown and easy access to the hwy to go to Barrie. Definitely recommend and would come here again. I brought two children that loved it as well.
Nice staff, decent enough room. Fairly basic but inexpensive, recommend for budget travel as an alternative to a hostel.

We were impressed with Knights Inn, considering the reasonable price. Very clean, comfortable room and staff are friendly.....just as other reviewers commented. However, when we go next time, which we definitely will, we will skip the free "breakfast"! Not much there to choose from, and the white bread was mouldy .
