Sales staff were very helpful but we were a bit put off by the owner. Pricing on the jewelry and engraving service/policy seemed inconsistent depending on who you asked. Staff generously offered to engrave my husband's wedding band for free since we were purchasing a different band from them, but accidentally nicked his ring in the process. The owner offered to fix the scratch for free and engrave a box we had for $15 if we returned the next day, but we never went back because we did not feel he really welcomed our business at all (I ended up fixing the scratch and engraving the box myself since I have some experience in jewelry bench work). I do like the band we purchased for our 10th anniversary, but it is unfortunate that we had a mixed experience here.
I came in to Towns and they were helpful. I wanted two sentimental gold rings transformed into one and they exceeded my expectations! Looks great. Thanks to Mike and his staff for a beautiful job!

My husband bought the diamond for my engagement ring here. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The diamonds he had were Canadian, locally-mined and the absolute best cut, colour and quality you can find. We were shown every fine detail under a microscope. This shop also has a gorgeous selection of gemstone jewelry as well.
