I have been dealing with the hockshop for years great prices on all video games and systems as well as they buy gold! I brought in. A few rings and they gave me a proper price and a run down of why the price is what it is didnt low ball me.like a few other places in town cant be beat when you head up to the hockshop
DON'T SELL YOUR GOLD HERE! I'm not sure why but this store pays Significantly LESS for gold/silver jewelry then the Hock shop in Newmarket.... Oh wait yes I do, they prey on the desperation of drug addicts who will take whatever cash they can get for drugs! (It's Orillia) Gold prices don't drop because you sell it an hour north, do you think people are that dumb? Felt totally disrespected and ripped off and won't ever sell a thing at this location again. (The Newmarket store would of paid 200$ for my gold, this store paid me 120$ and it was worth 300$) **To the reply on my review below, that's not the issue here buddy, I don't need the money like you want to think I do. it's the fact that you pay significantly less for gold then what it's actually worth, compared to your friends at the Newmarket location. I want people to know that, so they don't get ripped off like I did.
I've recently used the Repair Controllers for gaming systems. I got 4 Xbox one controllers repaired. It was far cheaper than going to buy 4 new controllers and they all work great now. I've been dealing with the Hock Shop in Orillia for around 20 years now. Always great customer service and a great selection of different products. Thanks. ?

I would just like to thank the store owner Dave for going above and beyond after my order was accidentally canceled. Not only did he personally call me to apologize, he also held my item until the money got refunded back to my account. Then offered me a discount, and instead of having to pay for shipping, he is personally going to deliver my item to a store close to me so I can pick up there. What could have been a very stressful incident, turned into a great deal and easy purchase for me. Less than a week b4 xmas, this could have gone much different. Especially, because it is a PS4 that I ordered, and they are not available many places. My daughter will be thrilled on Christmas morning, and I am thrilled with the money I saved, and the convenience of picking it up in my city. Thank you Dave! I appreciate all that you have done to ensure my receipt of this gift.

This is an excellent place for your pawning needs ! Theyre very reasonable with their pricing and I highly recommend shopping here. They always have a mixture of new and gently used items, theres something for everyone ! Whenever I walk in Im always greeted by the friendliest, sweetest, drooling, gentle giants and the dogs too ;)!! Great staff, very friendly.

They sold me a Xbox 360 that was broken and they replaced it but thr second one was also broken. They seem to only care about quantity, Because there's no quality there.
