Buyer Beware... I purchased a collar from this store and was told by the sales associate—and it’s printed right on the bottom of the receipt—that unused items could be returned for a refund. Less than 24 hours later, I brought it back, unused and still in its original packaging, because it was clearly going to be far too large for our dog. The sales associate refused to even look at the item or receipt and instead tried to shoo me away to assist the next customer. It’s extremely disappointing to make the effort to support a local business, loose $50 and leave feeling like you’ve been taken for a fool. A store that won’t honor its own stated return policy isn’t one I’d recommend. I’m leaving this honest, unpaid review so others know what kind of customer service to expect—especially since some of the glowing reviews here seem a little too good to be true.
Wow, the staff here are awesome! I came in at the weekend, and not only was I greeted enthusiastically at the door, the girl who helped me (she had cool winged eyeliner; I didn’t get her name) was knowledgeable, friendly & personable. Her advice was perfect & she wasn’t pushy at all. The store is well laid out, the stock is neat & priced clearly.
Knowledgeable, pleasant staff, whom made it a fun and inviting experience for my new puppy. Rens also has a wonderful selection for everything we needed. We Will definitely be returning!!

Sugar and I had a great time visiting Ren's Pets Orillia! The staff were great, friendly and knowledgeable, and the store layout is bright and well designed. Sugar was quite happy to get some frozen kangaroo tails!
