How cute! We were in bright and early and one of the associates had antlers and festive pants. Love to see the holiday spirit despite how trying it can be in retail this time of year. Super adorable and friendly staff. ?
The staff are well educated and take time to explain everything. The will make sure you have the right foods including a great return policy. It is reassuring knowing I can call for advise or visit the store through every step of the way.
I’ve never shopped here before and never will again. I’m a brand new puppy owner and unfortunately my puppy didn’t like the treats they suggested so I read the back of the receipt and it said they would take them back as long as the bag is 3/4 full. Well he wouldn’t even eat one of them. They refused to take them back! So fine, I went to the new Ren’s Pet Store in Orillia. Told them what happened here and they had samples of treats for my puppy to try and were absolutely amazing. No wonder the parking lot of this store is a ghost town and by the other reviews I’ve read, I’m not the only one who wouldn’t shop here again.
If you need any other types of animal food don't bother go anywhere else. It's over priced and cater to dogs mostly they should just call it global dog foods.
Since covid I dread having to get my pet supplies here. They were my go to for 7 years and have switched because of the condescending and rude nature esp. The guy who is usually behind the counter. Shame for a local business
I come and get dog food once a week here and am always greeted with a smile. I love the constant great customer service and always recommend my friends to come here. Thank you so much!
Any Global anywhere else is better. I actually go to Vaughan to buy my $250 a month of frozen raw after many many awful incidences at the Orillia store. Go to Barrie if you like Global.
