Salem, MobileShop agent at the Midland RealSuperstore outlet was patient, thorough and most accommodating when we came in to make a decision about consolidating or cell phone plans and Internet service from our current carrier provider. We looked at different options and based on services for our particular area, and knowing that we had an excellent offer from PC Financial a cardholders, we proceeded with the change. While we were OK with the services and support from our current carrier we wanted to control our expenses for the next 24 months which we were able to do. Cost wise we saved a few dollars, all under a single carrier. Time will tell if we are satisfied since there are essentially only less than a handful of carriers in Canada to put your trust. All the other smaller operators are just piggybacking off the big ones! That being said Salem was outstanding in his service and gave us the confidence in the package he put together for us.
Ben is the man! Attentive, intelligent, helpful and always going above and beyond to help set you up with the best deal possible. Sales people will often give off a false persona of caring, with Ben you can tell he genuinely cares! Highly recommend!
The worst place for customer service and phone plan information. Staff are not trained and do not know their products. They referred to phone care centre which do not help. Very BAD service. Refuse to continue with such BAD service
