I had an outstanding customer service experience at this phone store. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with from Austin with friendliness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He patiently explained my options, answered every question, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction, but he absolutely does. Especially after having a bad experience with the Barrie location. Highly recommend this location for all of your needs.
I lost my phone on the weekend and was unable to access my self serve Koodo account in order to swap my SIM card, I went into the store and Mike was amazing to deal with and understanding of my situation, he was able to get me fixed up and out of the store 10 minutes later! Highly recommend this location and dealing with Mike!
What is the deal with this store? They are listed on the Public Mobile site as a place to purchase a SIM card, but we went to the store it was locked, and they wouldn't let us in the store unless we provided ID and could prove we had a Telus plan. What kind of business refuses customers from entering their store? Hard pass on whatever Telus is up to here
ZERO STARS! Worst retail experience in my 60yrs. Arrive at store, door locked, rang bell, after a minute a 20's man comes wondering g out from back room in no hurry. He opens the door a cracked and with attitude, asks what I want, and demands my I.D. gave him my health card o ly for him to say, NOT THAT, THAT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE. I politely asked what would be acceptable as I was trying to get out my sticking license, no answer from him. Once in, he says OK, so what do you want, rudely in tone. I said to look at cases if that's OK with you. He replied, GET OUT OR I'M CALLING THE POLICE!!! THEY DON'T PAY ME ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU! Never in my life have I ever been treated so rudely by a retail sales clerk. TELUS please do better than this!!!
We were so happy today to have Alex helping out. My mother in law was so frustrated when she got to the store because she didn't get anywhere trying to call the customer service number. It was a smooth transaction and he looked after her so well and efficiently. Thank you for all the help!
My first experience with koodo was met with a locked door and staff demanding my ID before even discussing plans and stating that it's a store policy of over three years. I believe this koodo location in particular could benefit from hiring friendly staff as well as not accusing every person that entered the building of being a criminal.
I went there because I recently switched to Telus from another provider. The rep that helped me forget his name but he is a gamer and plays Valorant. He was very personable and helpful. Today I went in to gran my sim card and he made the whole process painless. The whole staff seems positive and willing to help people. Thank you again wonderful staff.
