I'm writing to update our original review and it is nothing but 5 stars for Crates Lake Country Boats!! We now have the full 2025 boating season behind us and can attest that the whole team at Crates is top notch. Our boat was stored for winter 2024/25 and getting it out of their storage was seamless in the Spring. They took care of us right away with a couple of maintenance issues and the boat ran perfectly all summer. Turning it back in to be winterized and stored was again incredibly easy and they worked with us on a convenient date. The team at Crates has also winterized our sea doo and we were able to put it on the trailer right on site at their private launch. Brian Brinks (BEST sales and support ever!) is always so welcoming and friendly when we pop in too! Thank you to Brian, Mark, Brad and the entire staff at Crates. You take the stress out of boating! ******************************************************** In February 2024, we reached out to Brian Brinks about several boats listed on the Crate's website. Brian met with us and after being out of the industry for 20+ years, he really took the time to re-educate us and show us several options based on our needs. We purchased and could not be happier with the level of service from everyone at Crate's. The team is incredibly professional, personable, knowledgeable and their level of customer is second to none. We would also like to mention Mark Meeks, Service Manager. Mark and his team took care of us when our boat lift was installed with very little care by On the Water Designs in June 2024, which was not properly set up and our boat slid off twice and caused thousands in damages. Mark and Brian had the boat pulled from the water and gave it a thorough inspection. Mark and his team perfectly matched the exterior finishes to fix the damage. They not only set our minds at ease that the damage was mostly cosmetic, they returned the boat to new condition. We will be using Crate's Lake Country Boats for all of our service and seasonal storage needs. I can't imagine dealing with a better group of people. They make you feel like family.
Crate’s Lake Country Boats came highly recommended to us by our clients, and we could not be more pleased and impressed with their boats and more importantly, their customer service.
