Terrible communication. No vet is ever there. Then charging for a phone call when NO ONE mentioned a charge. Very disorganized. Unfortunately the only vet around the area but thinking of switching back to Barrie. Would rather drive then deal with this clinic.
I have been dealing with the Orillia Pet Hospital for many years. They are the only ones that I have ever dealt with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate and thorough. I will continue to rely on them for all.of my pets well being. Thank you to all the staff of the Orillia Pet Hospital.
Environment very clean. Welcomed at the front desk. Friendly & professional. Doctor & assistant very gentle with Charlie my Aussiedoodle pup. Great experience! Charlie was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this Vet Hospital!
The staff are very sweet and I can tell they have a lot of love for animals. Depending on the severity of my visit they have squeezed in appointments for my cat when they were already fully booked. Professional and accommodating.
Very pushy about added services and the assistant girl with the multiple earrings was very rude...VERY over priced! Thank God we moved and our old vet is taking us back! Our puppies spaying is now $385.00 instead of the $1100.00 Orillia Animal Hospital quoted us! For the exact same procedure!

Great manners and very positive staff. Pricing I find is on the high side of the scale compared to other vet hospital's I have been too. Update: pricing was super high compared to other vets. Like double the price! We investigated other vet hospitals in the surrounding area and found that out of the 5 vets we called, Orillia pet hospital was double the price just to see our animal. We drove from Orillia to Midland to get my dogs boosters and it literally cost us less than half of our visit at the Orillia pet hospital! Like seriously we saved 150 dollars!!!!!!! Screw the extra 10 dollars I paid in gas (truck owners more like 25). If you live in Orillia and it's not a emergency go else where! Washagos half the price and same with Midland!
We love the team here. They go out of their way to make sure we and our pet are always comfortable.
