My wife and I had been looking for a used Forrester for months. Finally was able to make it in time before one sold ( hard to keep in stock) lol. It was an older model than we were hoping for, but it was in such good shape I had to have a look. I dealt with Paul, late on a Saturday. He stayed after hours to help us out and instilled the confidence I wanted when dealing with a dealership. I am sure any issues in the future will be handled with honesty and promptness. Highly recommend!
We are extremely disappointed with the detailing of the car we purchased. The car was cleaned to the very minimum. There was dirt and scuff marks throughout the interior. But the most concerning issue is the lingering cigarette smoke which is unbearable. At the time of picking up the car we brought our concerns to John Muise’s attention, he said he would walk over to Orillia Auto Spa (which is owned by the same ownership) and see what can be done. Five minutes later he returned with a spray bottle and rag and attempted to clean the car which was an absolute joke. During numerous conversations I had with John Muise I mentioned that the car needed to be detailed impeccably and he assured me that it would be. That obviously did not happen. This experience has been a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT.
