Horrible service, very rude
Very helpful with all my needs.
I visited this store on Wednesday to purchase a special phone for my father that has had a stroke. They had one phone in Stock at $65 and one at $149 as I picked up the phone for $65 the box was clearly damaged I ask the person helping me if it was a return and she gave a rude of course not as we looked at it it was clearly missing a piece that holds the photos in place and she proceeded to tell me I could call the company and have them send me one. I'm thinking you want me to buy a brand new product according to her and search out the missing part myself ! My friend then asked her how do you program it ? she held up the instructions and to our shock said I can read and I sure you can to at this point I can not believe that this person actually has a JOB but as I'm anxious to purchase a phone because I can not comunicate with my father if I'm out its priority. I then ask the difference between the more expensive thinking at this point I may consider spending the money and she said she doesn't know but is sure something then I ask if I order the phone with the missing piece how long would it take and she said she had no idea getting no where we decided to leave and thinking did that really just happen WOW I can't believe this store is in buisness I would never shop here it's worth the drive to Barrie.
