We hired Dwinnells to do a large moving project for a cottage property that was replacing 19 sofa beds and 54 chairs over two moving dates. They received the new furniture from Toronto and stored it until the moved in dates. All the furniture had to be switched out and the old furniture delivered to The Re-Store in Orillia.They brought two trucks and did an amazing job for us. The crew on both dates were friendly and accommodating. They ensured that the packing materials were removed and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely use Dwinnells in the future.
Dwinell's team was fantastic. They had us moved out of old home and into the new one in under six hours with no damage . They made what was expected to be a long stressful day very enjoyable.
Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Called to make sure they had an updated number for my delivery and the employee I spoke to was rude and disinterested. Delivery was never confirmed and no one showed up to deliver my appliances I waited 2 weeks for. No response when I called and left a message to find out what was going on. I only wish I was given the option of a zero star rating because that's what they would be getting.
