I have purchased chain saws and string trimmer and most recently a saw blade stihl gas trimmer. Excellent service and most of all they genuinely are glad to see you when step up to the counter. Unlike many places that treat you like they have other places to be and say they will call you when a part comes in only to find it’s been sitting there after YOU call them back. Quality products not big box junk.
They guys at Orillia Small Motors are great! My weedeater and chainsaw failed on me, but a quick call and a short drive later I was greeted by the team who had my parts at the counter and serviced my equipment asap. The were all friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot!!
Great place to buy your next tractor or zero stear they know there product answered all questions pre sale and on delivery full tank of gass ,nice touch shows the quality of the dealer

Bad service and the reason why Amazon is so successful . If you can order and better yet do a simple repair yourself your far better off than using this shop
Got my snowblower worked on, didn't ask the questions I should have, told them the wrong brand name, which they couldn't get parts for They got some compatible parts and still worked with us to get it done and back quickly Delivered it home when they said they would Thanks folks ??
I had a small problem with my snowblower and they found it in 2 minutes and fixed the problem no charge. Customer service was excellent, they even helped me take it out and put it back in the car. Definitely recommend them, thank you OSM!!
