Got rexactly what I wanted. Good staff help. They knew exactly the right product to show and recommend. Bought shoes in less than 15 minutes and walked out of the store wearing them. They were still comfortable 10 hours later when I took them off!! Great job!
I went into Sport Chek looking for a pair of sandals I was in a car accident in April and my ankle is still giving me trouble. My therapist suggested getting a sandal that would accommodate my larger right foot and still give support. I went in on July 25th and my sales person was Nicole, right away she started pulling out sizes of the shoes I was looking for. I was getting disappointed because the ones I liked wouldnt fit, she suggested the mens version because they are wider. I could not be happier with the staff or the shoes they are just what I needed. I had an awful experience at a specialty shoe store Walking on a cloud downtown Orillia the sales person I dealt with there was very rude to me.
