Amazing service! I was buying a used atv on marketplace that didn’t have a ownership, and the vin number was hard to read and to find. The manager stayed on call with me while getting everything done. I even got there when they’re supposed to close and the manger kept it open for me.

This wonderful place recently helped me find a specialty bolt for my son's electric bike. They were super friendly, and happy to help. I'd go back there any time!!

First time having service and buying parts from Orillia Motorsports and will definitely go back. Had some minor repairs on my older Honda Foreman become a larger issue and they were prompt, and honest. They have gained a lifelong customer.

Words to live by, " never judge a place based on another person's experience." Will I was wrong, local people in Orillia had told me not to take my ATV to this place, I didn't listen. First time I took my bike for a service discovered a wheel bearing needed replacing, which I did. I always thought a good mechanic would make sure everything was put back in its proper place, not at this place . Picked up my bike, brought it home only to decover the caliber was not put back on my bike, nevertheless took it as a simple mistake. Called the shop and they sent a mechanic out to my home to put the caliber on my bike. Second trip to this place regarding power steering symbol in my dashboard, was told needed new battery, which I did replace or atleast I thought so, it gets better. After replacing the battery was told needs to replace ECU module at $1300. Decided not to do that so the mechanic put my bike back together and on the day of pick up everything worked just fine no power steering symbol in the dashboard, all good. After 3 days my bike setting in my garage, my bike wouldn't start but would start with a boost. Called this place up, they told me it might be a faulty battery, bring the battery in for replacement. After taking the battery off the bike I discovered it was the wrong battery, not enough amps to start the bike but would run perfect after a boost. Brought the battery in for return/ refund at this place, only to be questioned about the battery with the invoice, BS, I have no reason to be dishonest with them , I was pissed when spoken to this way, this was the battery the mechanic at this place put on my bike with corrosion on it that the guy at the counter pointed out, so in other words , it had me thinking scam work. Wrong battery plus used. I did however get a full refund but I will never be taking my bike back here again, I have no trust in their work after my encounters. My bike works fine now only because at a different honda service centre the work was done perfect. I didn't need a ECU MODULE just a new battery with the correct voltage and amps.

I normally like to support the local businesses but I would be very hesitant to get a bike serviced here or purchase one from them again. They don't stand behind the products they sell, I bought a brand new bike under warranty and it went into limp mode in under 2500kms which caused me to bring it back in for warranty work. 7 weeks went by before the bike could get fixed and "there was nothing they could do for me", I was told to take it up with the manufacturer who brushed me off and said that it was an appropriate amount of time for a warranty repair. I missed half the summer riding season and After 7 weeks I went and picked up the bike and it was covered in a layer of dust and bug splatter, they couldn't even take the time to clean the bike off for me before I picked it up. which says a lot about the lack of any customer service and the quality of work that these guys do here. You think after 7 weeks of warranty work the least they could have done is cleaned the bike and hooked me up with a free oil filter or 2 for the downtime and inconvenience. But nothing.

Dealer won’t service a machine they sold me 3 years ago. In response to the dealers reply… The service person told me twice that you could not get parts and that I needed to take it elsewhere, specifically Bobcat on Dunlop in Barrie. If they told you anything different, you have additional issues.

My problem became their problem and did the staff at Orillia Motorsports ever step up. I needed a generator due to the recent ice storm and found a post on FB. They posted they would come in on a day they were closed so people like me could get a generator. They didn’t try to up-sale me and were very understanding. I will definitely recommend and return for future sales. Thank you to your amazing team!!!
