Love this store! They helped me get set up with my new turtle! Had everything I needed! And the staff are AMAZING!!!!!
Great people that are very knowledgeable and beyond caring towards animals and any issue that may arise. They are willing to order the product if not in stock and go out of their way to help You, including staying open a bit late or meeting you half way.Thank you so much Lindy, Amanada and the rest of the Dave's crew. You guys are amazing!
We had our dog groomed here by Michelle. She did a great job. She was attentive to our dog and her needs. All the staff were very friendly.
A staff member talked very rudely and aggressively to me because I walked near a birdcage which was in the middle of the store out in the open for everyone to get close to and the bird started squawking and she basically told me to get away from the bird because he was stressed!?!? Well if you have a bird that is that stressed out why do you have it in the middle of the store for everyone to go near? I was literally only walking by to get to the front of the store and stopped in front of the cage and said hi to him. Would never set foot in the place again.
Though the store was clean and there was a lot of options my daughter and I were saddened by the bunny cages. None of the animals had food or water. None of the bunnies had any bedding and all of them were in a cage to small for even one bunny let alone 4. Animals deserve better living conditions. Even if it is hopefully short term.
