Her failure to do her job ethically cost children to be abused for years under her nose while she intentionally looked away she was friends with the abuser. Use caution if she represents your children through the Office of the Children's Lawyer.
Wonderful experience. Ms McFarlane represented my two children, through the Office of the Children's lawyer. My children were very comfortable and trusted Ms McFarlane. She respected her clients every step of the way, accepting their views, and protected them right until the end. The outcome after the 3 long years was exactly what the children wanted and their lawyer fought for. She will fight for her clients, no matter how difficult, disrespectful and nasty the opposing party behaves. Highly recommended.
