Very disappointed with their service. Bought a new vehicle 2020 from them with lifetime engine warranty. Engine broke down after 2025. Warranty is good till 2030. They refused to fix it. Left me with no rental and kept my vehicle parked at their dealership for over 5 mths. Then, wanted me to "PAY them" to do an engine inspection after keeping my vehicle at their dealership for 5 mths. Do not buy any vehicle from them. They don't honor the warranty they sell & they have no regard for their customers! A very frustrated and disappointed person! I am ashamed to even say the word "customer" when it comes to Orillia Kia...they don't know what the word "customer" means!!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my very first vehicle from Orillia Kia. I live in Scarborough and after some difficulties with local Kia dealers I decided to go out of the city, and I’m so glad I did. Dean worked with me and my very short timeline to get me in the car I wanted. He helped get me an amazing deal and I coudln’t be happier with my new Sportage!

They are not what they seem, they will sell you junk and then say no to any and all warranties that they and Kia sell you. Not just my experience but friends too have had very questionable experience with them. Ovoid at all cost!

I recently picked up newer car for my daughter. Dean was my sales person. You know how going into a dealer makes you prepare for pressure, and silly tactics? Don't worry about that here. I was treated fair, as was my wife, and especially my daughter. The transaction was about flawless. I have no fear recommending Orilla Kia to anyone. When you get there, tell them Les Sent you!!

Took my car there for a problem, $500 said they couldn't find the issue but did a good clean-up. Problems still exist. Let them know, said they would try something else, for a cost!. While there, I talked trade in (bought my car there in 2017 with a wonderful woman who is no longer there). They gave me a good trade value, so I purchased another vehicle with a small down payment. It's now been over 6 months and I'm told they have no idea when the vehicle is coming, no information on where I am the list, or what that looks like, no info to share on the ones they have had in, just complete blank stares. I was eventually told they can reach out to look into inventory and where things sit but after three weeks of "let me look into this further", I finally got, "we have no information so what do you want to do." There were no options to look at other vehicles, no discussions on inventory, or here's what we've done for you, we've got you. No empathy. Now, I've depreciated the value of my car with 6 months of driving, and my trade is no longer valid. I understand the situation with vehicles, but I understand it from going other dealerships who were extremely upfront and gave me multiple options of vehicles with realistic timelines. Orilla Kia, such a disappointment across the board.

I've bought 3 cars from this dealership. 2011 Hyundai Accent 2020 Kia Forte LX MT 2021 Kia Forte EX Premium Each time I have had as great sales experience! Never felt any pressure and Kia worked with me after I had an accident last year! Thank you Darryl! There is a current on going issue however that my cars check headlamp light comes on. They have looked at it and cannot fix it Update: after a few months, the issue was fixed at no cost to me

One star is generous. Against my better judgement, I returned to Orillia Kia after years of telling myself I never would again. This dealership thrives on false promises, poor communication, and repeatedly dismissing the customer. I bought a 2025 K4 and was promised four years of free oil changes by my salesman, even given a brochure claiming free maintenance. Months later, I was told none of this was true, and that I'd been given the wrong information at the time of sale. Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership blamed "miscommunication" and refused to make it right. I had to reach out to Kia Canada and to OMVIC just to get a clear answer after being repeatedly brushed off. I'm disgusted by how this dealership treats its customers. It's clear they prioritize sales over honesty. If you're considering buying a vehicle from Orillia Kia, get every promise in writing, or better yet, take your business elsewhere.
