I have a Honda we bought new from dealership always had my service done by them.took it in for fuel pump recall and oil change. Left the shop and car died but like 10 minutes after leaving. Went back and they say I need 9000 dollars in repairs. How is that possible when car was fine till fuel pump died
Went into purchase parts recently and switched to having Dalts do the service… as I’m checking in, they advise of a recall… “would you like that taken care of too”? Hell yes. Thank you Dalts! 10/10 on service. Much appreciated
I had a flat tire and went to this Honda service center. The employees were very friendly and helpful, and they changed my flat tire quickly at no cost. However, they told me the tire was not repairable and that I needed to buy a new one for around $400. I decided to take my car to a local shop instead, and they repaired the same tire for $45. I’m disappointed that I was told my tire was not repairable when it clearly was.
Bill Langdon is an absolute gem to deal with. Purchased 3 vehicles from them. They are professional, friendly, and no matter what you call for, they are excellent and prompt to deal with. I highly recommend.
I took my Honda truck there it had some issues with wiring. They charge close to 200 dollar for service charge and found nothing. They just scan the car deleted to codes and codes came back. They told me that i needed book appointment again for 2-3 hours more for diagnose that truck to trying to figure out the issue and thats maybe if they found the issue. I took my truck to mechanic i know he found the issue right away and fix the problem. It cost me less than what they would charge me for diagnose the car. How can a mechanic guy knows about Honda better than Honda dealer service .
The service here is just incredible. The staff are so kind and compassionate. I had to bring my CRV in for an airbag system problem and they not only got me in the same business day, but they went out of their way to make sure my baby and I got home safely. This would be exceptional service for a returning customer but as a new customer it really blew me away. I am genuinely so grateful!!
This place is a joke! I walk in, it's like a ghost town. No one is there to greet me. People just walk by and look at me without saying anything. No one was at the reception. As I was standing at the reception desk, I called the phone several times and no one came over to pick it up. Absolute joke!!
