We purchase most of our household furniture and appliances from leons. We are new to this one but have purchased items from them directly or their other locations but delivered by them. Very accommodating and helpful managers and sales staff. Delivery team is excellent and very polite. Well done to this location for exceptional customer service.
I wish I could rate lower than 1 star, I was told, and signed paperwork saying that my bed would be delivered to my house within two weeks of purchase and after waiting a few days short of a month now I am being told that it is going to be another 3 weeks before their stock comes in. This was a 2500 dollar purchase and there is seemingly absolutely no urgency around the situation from their end. This location needs to either get more organized or be more honest towards their customers regarding timelines.
I made a mistake while ordering my product (a mattress for my son's room). Tara was incredibly helpful in sorting out the issue. Her commitment to customer service and satisfaction was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced, not to mention that the mattress we ordered is amazing!! I would highly recommend this store and it's incredible staff.
Stay away! Ordered an entire bedroom set November 2017. Was not fully delivered until March 2018. Upon delivery, the wardrobe, was cracked. Two months later in May 2018 they attempt to replace it. Guess what? Its also cracked. Coming up on 7 months here. This is still not resolved and totally unacceptable. We paid quite a lot of money for this. This is a privately owned location so they have to order directly from the manufacturer. If they have to order you furniture, it might actually take a year. Youre better off going to a corporate location like Barrie, with access to other store inventories.
