Don't ever write reviews... thank God I didn't purchase I was trying to figure out what type of wood they have and thickness and what not I'm just asking questions and I get a response of " I'm sorry , I'm not really sure what the project is but I got to go " crazy to think me asking questions to make sure you have what I need is a big inconvenience. No problem I'll go somewhere else that has 2 mins to speak on the phone didn't know it was an issue in customer service.
Always shopped locally when Melanie was the manager a few years ago now they hired Danny or whatever his name is and the customer service went down hill. The other lady could be just as rude as him depending on the day. I bought over 2000sq in flooring over the years lots of barn boards and 8x8 you name it I've probably spent 30 thousand on materials between shed projects and home construction. The customer service went down hill your spoken to like a child like you have never handled wood. The guy tried to sell me pine and said it was hemlock... I've attended maybe 6 times for different projects and after last week I just give up I'll never return.
