WOW… huge shout out to the team members at Hwy 11 dealership!!! It was an extremely winter day when I called looking for help… 4x4 would not engaged. The service clerk(Heather) advise to drop off my vehicle and I’ll squeeze it in between aptmts. It was less than 30 minutes and vehicle was in the shop being diagnosed. About an hour later, technician(Justin) call me with the update, explained the situation and with worst case scenario… Approximately 2hrs later, I was back on the road!!! Where is the world could you ever get this type of service… no hassle, straight to the point and lucky split service. Oh… let’s not forget shuttle service(Bonnie), who drove me home and picked me up again in this nasty winter day!!! Merry Christmas Hwy 11 ?
I had a fantastic experience purchasing a used Honda Ridgeline from HWY 11 Dodge! Tim Obee, Rick Knight and Julian Kercz were all excellent to deal with for the purchase. Furthermore, when I realized that one of the tires on the truck had a slow leak, I took the truck back for them to fix it. When the mechanic inspected the tire to see where to repair the leak, he noticed that there was also a small cut in the tire, so they replaced the tire with a brand new one of the same brand and model, free of charge. Thanks to Tristan Vu and the rest of the service department for that! All in all, a great experience dealing with an excellent group of people!
I took my truck to get front brakes done and they did back brakes said nothing about front put on worped rotor and tried to send it out as done my truck was shaking bad 30 seconds down road took it back now all of a sudden the front brakes need to be done like I asked I'm very disappointed and never taking truck back for work there

Booked appointment online, stated I needed a loaner vehicle while I dropped my new truck for engine lights etc. Make special trip 40 mins to drop vehicle off and no loaner. No call beforehand to let me know or anything. Now I have to make another appointment and hope they have something. Rediculous. Should also add that I paid extra to be a "preferred customer" which includes free oil changes and rentals when needed. ***Edit Left a message with Dustin and received no callback. Just took truck in for the free oil change....over km by 1000 for my "gold package", ya my fault but would have been a good time to come good. They came good and looks like management has changed a bit since my problems. The service advisor was great!
Never had a problem here before, But the parts counter just quoted me $1045 on a part that EVERY other dealership locally sells for $106. Will not be making the mistake of calling this rip off of a place for parts again.
