We were staying at the connecting hotel and experienced some serious racism at this place. I get a call from the hotel saying one of my boys has a gun! Yes a gun. When I went to speak with the manager Melissa, she said without a doubt one of them had a gun and described how he was carrying it in the open and even to a point where she said he was waving it around. When I spoke to the player in question he said, "Coach do you mean my massage gun". I got a chance to see the security footage and not only was he not waving it around, he had it on his shoulder the entire time. Melissa never apoligized and blately targeted this kid with her own prejudice. These kids were not causing any disturbance and were literally hanging around waiting to leave. I normally don't throw out the racism accusation, but this was clear as day. I would stay clear from this place before you end up getting accused of things by Melissa with her prejudice. And if she's willing to treat innoncent kids this way, I can only imagine how she runs the business.
Went there on a friday at 8pm and it was closed even tho it says closed at 10pm. So we changed our plans. We called the following week and asked what time they closed on Saturday and we were told the pool table closed at 9pm but they were open till 10pm. We got there Saturday at 8pm and it was closed again!!!! Absolutely horrible!! If you close before 8pm then change your closing time!! Very frustrating!!
This place is just terrible and should be shut down. It's funny how they just stopped responding to reviews, the owner probably left after he got what he needed out of the place. Left it to rot.
Very dirty. Nothing works properly. Bumper cars are fun... expensive.. and most aren't working. Staff lacks professionalism. Can't speak on food. We've been there twice, stayed at the hotel attached. First time we could barely get their attention. 2nd time "they were closing" (even before posted closing time). I dont see how anyone could give this above 1 star lol
spent $80 on tokens, and it was a complete waste. The majority of the games were broken and out of order—bumper cars, bowling, basketball, skiing, and air hockey were all non-functional. Of the few games that did work, they required three times the usual amount of tokens just to play once. To make matters worse, I was badly shocked by one of the machines. The place is in terrible condition with little to no maintenance. Definitely not worth the money or the visit.
3 of the 15 games work even the bowling does not work and the games that do work eat your tokens half the time and don't end up working. This place has really fallen apart. Honestly not worth visiting.
2 of us tried for over a week to book a birthday left multiple messages never got a call back(yes we called during hours) bummed because my son really wanted his 10th birthday there, but now not willing to give our money to a business that doesn't even return calls so else we're we will go.
